Less reparative than level one, room slightly small for breakaway skills and warm. Great trainer Jack thank you

The PBS training was excellent and the trainer was very effective at covering the entire framework. The session was a thorough run through of how to balance Quality of Life with practical safety, and the trainer was great at making the link between unmet needs and physical behaviors very clear. We went over the technical side in detail, including the proper use of ABC and frequency charts to ensure our data and monitoring are accurate. The trainer also did a great job explaining the physical side of the job, specifically how to use proactive strategies and environmental adaptations to manage risks. It was a solid, comprehensive course that covered all the legal requirements for reporting and recording while staying focused on person-centered supportResponse : Thank you, Tanisha. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that the PBS training was thorough and well-structured, covering both the practical and technical aspects while supporting a person-centered approach
