Very good course enjoyed it all ..the training understood are needs

Ben was very knowledgeable & made the course interesting, Alex was confident & presented very well for his first attempt. I will take quite a lot from this course, it made me think how I approach customers & how I will think why they are presenting behaviours.

The training was quite impactful, took time to teach us to the level of understanding. The trainer made the course easy to understand by involving everyone in activity which was quite interesting.

Trainer was fantastic with loads of knowledge on pbs, course was made fun and easy to understand and put in to practise in work place.

Great delivery and checking understanding. Pacing of event matched all abilities. Reminded at start and throughout not to push self and to let her know if explanation required
