The course was engaging, interactive and educational and I enjoyed every second of it.

The training was really engaging and taught me how the simple steps can have high impact on safety and least restrictive

Very informative and explanatory session. Gained lots of knowledge and that can implement in my work place.Ben was really very knowledgeable trainer , he know how to engage the trainees and was really helpful.

Very well led course not only applicable to work and outside to learn and manage behaviours of others around us. Break away techniques taught appear to be very useful Ben is very good at his skills.

The course was very informative and Ben's delivery was incredible. There were parts I was uncomfortable with but Ben adapted to my needs which enabled me to remain feeling safe.

The course was delivered well by Ben. Interactive with everyone, explained everything thoroughly and ensured we understood as we went along. Never completed breakaway training before so learnt a lot of new strategies today.

The course was dynamic, engaging and informative. Developed skills that can be used in both work and personal life. The course trainer Ben was, as per level 1 highly engaging, knowledgeable and made learning fun.

I found the course absolutely brilliant. Ben was fab at delivering the course and I can genuinely say that it has been the best day I've had 'at work' in the 11 years I have worked here. Ben delivered serious & appropriate training in a relevant manner, but also with humour and was very engaging. Found the training very engaging throughout, was paced well and informative. Ben made people feel comfortable and talked about real life situations to help put the evidence into practice. I did my level 1 quite a while ago so it was good to have the refresher at the start of lots of the content, however I think I might have found this a bit repetitive had I done level 1 very recently. Overall very highly rated training which I would recommend to colleagues
