Ben was absolutely brilliant, he kept the training interesting throughout the session and his engagement was brilliant, his enthusiasm is brilliant I have learnt a lot today and it has been very valuable to my practice

PBS Level 2 is really healpful and Ben carried out the session very entertained. He clarified our doubt and it was very clearful. The skills is very useful and i can do in my job.

Shame that the end was rushed due to factors with the room as it was a bit rushed. But overall really engaging and useful session. A prompt sheet would have been helpful for reference but great information given.

This course was fantastic…incredibly engaging and interactive. As Ben said there were many wow moments whereby I was shocked and how simple but effective some things can be to maintain safety. I enjoyed the recap of the level 1 theory and look forward to level 3. I hope to never use these skills but equally hope that the trust maintains our updates as it is clear these skills can be just as important as our usually NHS mandatory training updates. Thank you Ben
