Informative and very relevant to where I work. These skills will help keep both ourselves and the patients safe. Enjoyed how interactive the course was.

Very enjoyable course. Learnt a lot. Good to also have the skills for life away from work. Not for me personally but would be good for Domestic Violence victims.only suggestion is an ice breaker a little later in the session once we have relaxed & got to know fellow participants a bit it would have been more comfortable then.

The training so far is very interesting and the instructor perfectly did well by breaking down what PBS is all about from beginning to the end.
