Training was absolutely amazing and informative.I was able to develop confidence in providing positive behaviour support for the patients and feel I can confidently work in the ward when I came through situations which I dealt with challenging behaviours.

Ben was thorough throughout. Reassuring at all times. Keeps the session enjoyable and keeps us engaged. Nice and kind person to all the group. Really enjoyed the session.
