Liam delivers a high level of content and makes the course accessible. He offered to accommodate all learning styles and ensured all participants were happy. I felt he really cared about ensuring everine in the room was happy before moving on to the next piece of information.

Because of how the course was delivered I found it easy to concentrate & retain the information given. Concentration is something I would normally struggle with. Alan used a lot of humour to help when needed, as well as keeping it very professional and informative. Thank you.
