I thought the training was thought provoking. As a mental health nurse working in an acute paediatric setting, challenging negative beliefs is something I often have to do. This training certainly helps in doing that. I do think a tailored version for paediatrics is necessary, their was a few things that were only applicable to Adult nursing.

Very interactive and active session . Worthy in understanding the behaviour of concern. Content is a bit lengthier.

I think the arousal model was the most useful, and enjoyed that it was referred to throughout the day to bring the modal to life. Feel like it may need a more specific patient focus to make it even more applicable to the job role. I am happy for our team to assist in this
