The whole content was very informative and the trainer (Jack) delivered it well so that everyone participate and understood.

well delivered training. No easy access to the venue , we needed to knock on the door loudly to catch attention from people on the corridor to open the door.Response : Thank you for your feedback. It has been useful to remind myself of why people get angry I think I can take some of the ideas into work - for example using a hook to distract Some of the ideas of take extra time don’t always work in A&E Not sure it can be used when there is 12 angry people asking the same thing however looking at why they are angry there maybe something I can do to begin to deescalate something Trainer Ben was engaging and I will be back for day 2

The course is effective to me because the contents of these class is very much practical ,evryday work we are facing these issues so much .this class give me a clear solution to deal with my issues.
