I would say maybe too much information for a study day, but was very informative

A lot of information to retain. Was informative and interactive.

Trainer very interactive and informative. Expected more de-escalation techniques, however it has now been made clear this is covered on day 2. Materials great for all learners - liked having own booklet to follow / highlight and make notes.

I enjoyed the course as it is helpful in work settings while dealing with patients and families.

A lot of intense information given over a long day, the handout will be helpful to reflect up the day and understand what I have learnt. Good to share experiences of our working practice with others who work through the trust

I found the day really interesting and felt that it was something that I would actually actively be able to put into my practice. It is just a very long and information-heavy day so can be quite tiring by the end of the day. But overall Kirstie was great!
