The course was aimed at young children and would be beneficial for me with young adults.Response : Thank you Sally-Ann for your feedback, PBS Level 1 explores the understanding of behaviours of concern and supports to identify why these might be happening, following on from this the service can develop positive strategies and ways we can support the person which is tailored for each person.

Great instructor, positive attitude. Course was interesting and I have learned some new skills to approach my role in supported living. A lot to take in during the course but some valuable information during the day. Has given me a new understanding of certain techniques that I should be looking to use in my job role. Thanks

Hannah was very friendly and knowledgeable and brought the group with her really effectively. The content was broad and useful for our teams, regardless of specific roles. it also fitted very well with PCP and LIFE tools.

Great training from a knowledgeable instructor who used real life examples to make the subject matter interesting. I think it would be good to have had a couple of breaks rather than one as I found it difficult to concentrate after a while as there was a lot of information to take in and assimilate - the second break would have helped with that.

Really interesting, a good mix of conversation and learning. Kirstie has an insight into different situations and by being able to explain scenarios has supported me to understand and learn. thank you
