Would be interested in more role play scenarios facilitiated by Thom as either a customer or vice versa.

Have completed this course only a few weeks ago but found this much better, engaging, interesting. Trainer was good, had a great way of presenting and trying to start discussion without being forceful. Breakout rooms were helpful also
