Provoked reflection.

More space for group discussions would of been helpful. More depth in the subject matters, content felt largely superficial and theoretical

This felt very dragged out today - it wasn’t very well presented and this impacted on how people understood what they were doing. Breaks were also very long suggesting that the contents of the workshop weren’t really sufficient to fill the time. It felt quite a waste of a morning.

Really inspirational because it is relatable especially to Social Care

As with the other sessions, it's packing a lot in one day so it felt a little whistlestop at times.

Good information and productive discussions

The residential day was genuinely worthwhile, giving me space to step back, think clearly, and connect with colleagues in a way that felt open, honest, and productive; the conversations were grounded, the pace felt right, and I left with a stronger sense of purpose.

Had a great two days, enjoyed meeting all my study group and sharing these experiences.

Really good couple of days, the venue was absolutely unreal, can't speak highly enough about it. Trainer was superb - really supportive and engaging.
