I found the workshop very informative and engaging. Finance is not an area I have always felt fully confident in, but the session made the concepts easier to understand by using practical examples and allowing us to relate them to our own organisations. I particularly enjoyed the breakout discussions and hearing how financial decision-making differs across sectors.
It was positive and really good to have the opportunity to share how we are as a cohort in groups and further develop the reality of Strategy.

Really nice day, discussing lots of genuinely interesting things about people leadership. I thought it was accessible and relatively high level, with lots of breakout space which was appreciated to talk to various team mates and peers. Richard did a great job!
