The Senior Leader Apprenticeship has been designed for practicing senior leaders who Senior influence at a higher organisational level, including sometimes at Board (or equivalent) level and establishes the culture and tone across their area of responsibility. They will demonstrate a high level of flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the organisation, potentially working in varied environments. The apprenticeship has a strong focus on developing and increasing strategic leadership capabilities and competencies. It is approximately 23 months in length and is a mix of face-2-face workshops, one-2-one coaching, a two-day residential and online learning blended with workplace development.
