The workshop was engaging, well-structured and relevant to my role. I particularly valued the balance between theory and practical application, as it helped me to clearly understand how to apply strategic change models within my own service. The group discussions were insightful and allowed for shared learning across different experiences. Overall, it was a very positive and thought-provoking day.

Really interesting session. The pace was excellent and empowered authentic conversation and discussion. Everyone was so engaged making it a powerful debate.

Really brilliant workshop. I work for an LGBTQ+ charity, so EDI is front and centre, but we are often very focussed on our particular sphere, so it's brilliant to stop more into the general EDI world and to have such great discussions.

I found this workshop the most engaging out of all the ones so far. Lots of participation within the Crew and I learned a lot.
