Very interesting to discuss SOAR and Learning by Doing as pro-active and reactive stategies for self reflection

Enjoyed revisiting pestle analysis/iceberg model.

The day was on the whole really useful and informative. It was a long session with a lot of information to take in. Although there were breaks I think it would have been better to do two shorter sessions but I appreciate this may not be feasible.
