Really great session, good use of time and activities were really engaging. Stuart and Rachel were great and helped us get the most out the sessions.

I found the content very useful, I often develop strategies as part of my role however today has given me points to think about and also other tools to add to my approach.

Tyrone had a good energy about him, the workshop was good and informative.
