Meeting everyone in person really helped with the work, particularly when I usually work on my own or in a team of 2. Having other people to bounce ideas off was energising and reaslising that we are all having difficulties with the assignments made me feel a bit better about the struggles I have had.

Thank you to Stuart and Kate for facilitating a useful couple of days. The venue was beautiful, we were really well looked after and fed!

A great session that got you to reflect on the things we often don't take the time to think about.

Really enjoyed it. Emma was great. IODA have a great pool of people for the workshops and sessions. They are all so knowledgeable.

I find the trainers really kind, welcoming and supportive - they allow us to learn in a way that allows us to process , think and reflect - Everyone takes in learning information in different ways, I like to sit and absorb and listen as I think that helps me to make connections with my own situation - we are allowed time to talk in breakout groups which is really useful so that links really well for me and my style of learning
