Overall a good course, enjoyed the break out rooms as it gave us a chance to discuss and get to know other people.

There were several emails prior to the course which contradicted / confused. i.e. corrections of start times and an indication that there was no pre-work which, while correct, insinuated that there wasn't a course book although there had been one sent out. Teams is normally a good medium but several of the participants had IT glitches, particularly when moving to and from breakout rooms, which hindered the course at times. The trainer and the environment they fostered was very good.
Response : Thank you for the feedback, Lee. And yes, there do appear to be issues with Teams and breakout rooms. A quick google shows this is not a Cosensa/Sellafield issue, it appears to lie with Teams itself. However, we need to make our trainers aware of this so they can provide delegates with instruction about how to deal with such glitches. Thank you for alerting us to this, we will be taking this onboard.
