Good course, well presented, some overlap with the customer service training however that is understandable due to the nature of the course.
The course has provided some valuable take aways that I hope to incorporate into my work and personal life
I think a bit about physical ability to communicate ie audio impairment, visual impairment, speech defects etc. also perhaps something on cultural norms or communication. Also neurodivergence in communication.
Ryan is a relaxed knowledgeable trainer. Enjoyed his presentation style. Really enjoyable few days - thank you.
The course was great it put me out of my comfort zone which I never would have chosen to do but in the end to get feedback was great and essential. It is great to get resources and tips that we can put into practice as that was why we done the course.
