Very useful course however occasional sections felt like they didn’t apply as much to me. For example having raving fans is not a priority of mine although I do my best to appease and help as many people as I can. I also don’t face external customers very often so some parts felt disconnected from my experience. Mostly relevant and helpful Training course

Important to know that all involved in a project has a voice. Good building practices has to be excuted by all members in order or a quality, economic building to be safely delivered to the client as an end product. Learning from each job is essential to improve on the next.
