This course, being my first leadership course, has been a great introduction to how to be a good team leader/ supervisor. It has been a great eye opener on how I should approach each member of our team etc. and effectively how to be a good team leader.

I think the course material was good, and it was great that Ryan could pull other information and slides and examples into the session that were relevant to us as a group.

Pointless course for a lifeguard. Everyone shouldn’t be required to do this. I wasted 3 hours of my own personal time for this.

Very valuable course, Ryan was great and very engaging. Possibly the best training course I have ever completed with work. I think this course would be extremely valuable to all members of staff at all levels. I think the company would benefit from Team building exercises.
