Really good course, helping identify my customer service approach and communication style. Would benefit more from this trainer in the future on other items such as negotiation training

Really good trainer. Engaging in what I thought would not be relevant to me but turns out it was. Looking forward to reviewing the slides and reflecting on what I’ve learned today.

Very useful course however occasional sections felt like they didn’t apply as much to me. For example having raving fans is not a priority of mine although I do my best to appease and help as many people as I can. I also don’t face external customers very often so some parts felt disconnected from my experience. Mostly relevant and helpful Training course
