Really good course, trainer very knowledgeable and engaging.

Well worth taking the course, there are some key takeaways that I can incorporate in to my leadership with my team.

Good level of content covering multiple theories and the way to use them in normal daily situations.

Good course, well presented, some overlap with the customer service training however that is understandable due to the nature of the course.

The course has provided some valuable take aways that I hope to incorporate into my work and personal life

I think a bit about physical ability to communicate ie audio impairment, visual impairment, speech defects etc. also perhaps something on cultural norms or communication. Also neurodivergence in communication.

Ryan is a relaxed knowledgeable trainer. Enjoyed his presentation style. Really enjoyable few days - thank you.
