I feel much more confident in my knowledge of excel and my ability to implement the aspect covered into my day to day work.

There were several emails prior to the course which contradicted / confused. i.e. corrections of start times and an indication that there was no pre-work which, while correct, insinuated that there wasn't a course book although there had been one sent out. Teams is normally a good medium but several of the participants had IT glitches, particularly when moving to and from breakout rooms, which hindered the course at times. The trainer and the environment they fostered was very good.Response : Thank you for the feedback, Lee. And yes, there do appear to be issues with Teams and breakout rooms. A quick google shows this is not a Cosensa/Sellafield issue, it appears to lie with Teams itself. However, we need to make our trainers aware of this so they can provide delegates with instruction about how to deal with such glitches. Thank you for alerting us to this, we will be taking this onboard.

Would be better in personResponse : Thanks for your comment, Jasmine. The preference for Sellafield is that this be delivered on Teams, however we will alert them to your comment.

I thought the course was informative and Paula had a lot of knowledge on the subject however I do find it it difficult to learn in these kinds of environments, I’m a practical learner and feel like I can distracted in a classroom environmentResponse : Thanks Lauren. This will be shared with the L&D team and you make a very good point about different learning styles. Perhaps speak to your line manager or mentor (if you have one?) and discuss how they can support your learning in a more practical setting.
