Very informative with accurate and precise information relating to the Facade Sector.
Like = teacher was excellent and explained the programme extremely well. I came away much more knowledgeable; Dislike = very intense and hard to continue to keep taking in information past 3pm.

From the easy booking, through to the course. All aspects were fantastic.
Overall very satisfied with the training. Easy to get to location, although the actual directions given were not very clear.
A very informative and helpful course which gave a better understanding of what resilience is and how it can be strengthened.

Few materials - I would have liked to take away more information on the different decision-making models, or perhaps links to some additional reading
