good day although the morning topic could have be shortened to lengthen the time for the afternoons section

Look forward to receiving copied of the material more of a workshop than a training session but valuable nevertheless.

I wish I had attended this course years ago- would recommend to all users

Scheduling this course has been tricky due to the many cancellations and rescheduling that had to be done in order to attend it. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and probably benefitted more from it because this one-to-one session was catered specifically for me and met the scenarios that I have been struggling to deal with.

Unfortunately I believe the group as a whole agreed during the training yesterday that the standards seemed to slip from day 1 to day 3. Whilst the content of the course was still good it was frustrating that the surrounding aspects let it down, water being cold for tea/coffee, never had scones provided on any of the days as it said, menu items missing for lunch, printouts not available until 2 hours in, final presentation not available in printout version. Whilst the new meeting room is at a higher standard I would say the service is what makes a place like this work.

Overall, I thought the course was very well presented. The Hospitality I received on the day was lovely, and everyone was very welcoming. I believe the course answered questions that I have been unsure of. the PowerPoint was well laid out and wasn't over flowing with information which made it easy to follow.
