The supporting course handbook was difficult to follow with a lot of information not included and expected to be completed during the course. In many cases this was not possible to do during the course as this would have distracted from the discussion and presentation of the information and not practical due to complexity of some of the models presentedResponse : Thanks for your feedback Donald, we will review the course handout/presentation and discuss this with the trainer. 10 out of 10 for every element of the course. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who is interested in health & safety and managing safely. It has definitely opened my eyes to all my surroundings and I am a lot more conscious of them now. Definitely a must and I hope you get Bill as your facilitator as he was just amazing. I can't give 5 stars for the booking process as I never personally booked it myself otherwise it would have been.

Although I have covered most of the content in previous training sessions over past times I still feel it`s important to refresh and taking the course with different delegates often means as in this case that different ideas are shared, different questions asked and a varied subject matter discussed. Joe (the trainer) mixes up the training, changing the groups and encourages participation and it all adds up to an enjoyable and fruitful couple of days.Response : Thank you for the great feedback, Mark, we are delighted you found it a worthwhile couple of days
