The trainer's knowledge (Callum) was particularly impressive. Whatever scenario we gave him, he was able to help.

We were given the opportunity to ask questions and could ask the trainer to cover any topics which I found useful. Great Course. I will probably use 80% of what we covered on a daily basis.

I really enjoyed the training and thought Margaret was an excellent facilitator. She was very knowledgeable and put everyone at ease.

Would highly recommend the trainer, Leonard Sym, as he made it easy to understand and equipped me with a better understanding of how to manage my time but also manage others that put a drain on my time. As he said "this is not a destination but a journey" and it is up to me to put it into practice and be disciplined in doing so.

Great Instructor. Better if the course was spread out over more days if possible as there was too much information to take in over a short period of time.

Brian was a very engaging trainer and it was clear from the outset that he knew what he was talking about and had seen performance management done well and done badly. He made a point of delivering the formal content effectively and efficiently but also was very personable which meant we all felt very open and at ease to share our own situations at work. I think it also helped that we were a small cohort and that the type of work/issues we were dealing with were similar.

Good introduction course to Excel if you have some knowledge of how the basics work already it's a bonus.
