The content and materials are very well presented. My biggest bugbear was not being able to learn from my mistakes. In the past we could review all answers in the assessment, therefore one could learn from one's mistakes. Now that it is not possible you are unable to discover your mistakes. I feel that that hampers learning.

Good content but too many participants. The trainer was unable to keep control of those on their phones, taking selfies and talking throughout the session. This was disruptive. The venue failed to provide hot water for refreshments in the afternoon and we were told that milk was only for the morning class. Thankfully this did eventually turn up but no more hot water! No windows in the venue and very noisy with footsteps above.

thank you for the course but as a learning experience it did not feel as effective as an in-person course some quiz questions were ambiguous; you could do with using more accurate language . A also felt that the questions did not really target the knowledge of the person taking the course

good training and advice but not ideal for the residents in our home

Too long and demotivates. Short courses are easy to engage
