The online training is not good at all need to improve in the writing

Very interesting

Gaynor was lovely, very engaging and kind. But feel every topic was rushed and not had time to do more interactions. I did help out with my experience however. Especially on cpr. Enjoyed that.

QUETIONS ARE TOO LONG AND UNNECESSARY. SOME QUESTIONS HAD, ONLY 2 OPTIONS CORRECT, LIKE QUESTION 14.

Difficult to navigate and not closing properly. Unable to get certificate... Frustrating

A good reminder of information top up knowledge

The trainers did their best, really good, couldn't imagined Reuben could deliver that way. I believe that training should have been online like tier 1, have hand-out to be able to go through later.

Too much information repeated and some of the wording was confusing. Had errors on the quiz that were caused by a glitch which I could not get rid of. Lost all my progress.

I just needed to be trained in one of the topics, in other topics , I am compliant . I don’t need to go in the hot weather to attend the whole course from 1:30 to 5:30pm. Nearly waste of time .
