Training practical was well demonstrated, risks of injury were assessed and managed properly through every demonstration, language was clear and direct , and trainer Paul and John used detail and practical examples to ease understanding.

Should have only attended the manual handling training, not BLS, felt like a waste of an afternoon for something that’s took 30mins -1hr to teach.
