Great training. Great trainer

Think I needed to do an additional course relevant to my job role

Very satisfying

Some of the course felt rushed due to large amount of content. Some of the slides were difficult to read due to size.

Was useful and learnt do much

The training was very informative and well structured. It helped me refresh my knowledge and improved my understanding of safe care practices, safeguarding, and effective communication. I found the session useful and engaging, and it has increased my confidence in providing high-quality care.

Generally Educative and intentional.

The course was properly arranged except tea and refreshments were not provided which was strange for simple coffee and tea not to be provided here in the UK

Very interesting and rewarding

The training needs to cover various settings like supported living, giving more real examples of care homes.
