The training covered far too much in short space of time Information very vague on serious training needs Plenty of equipment people not assessed to competency

Trainer did not introduce her self or the purpose of the course. She was inappropriate with comments towards services. The course was not hands on but death by power point. Two people on the course said they had never done moving and handling before and she didnt show them how to do it. By half 4 she said knock your self out with the equipment and people left the course without doing any practical. I personally used the manikin at the end.
