Great training

To the point

Good

There were a couple of points I believe need updating. ‘Behaviours that challenge’ rather than ‘challenging behaviour’. I would also appreciate the change if language from ‘committed suicide’ to ‘died by suicide’. I think it would be useful to cover advance care planning and ReSPECT in slightly more detail.

The content got better as the day progressed but there was still quite a lot of padding.

Great course

The training has taught me more about critical thinking skills, treating people as humans and about the lessons from the story of Oliver's life and death. The trainers were loaded with knowledge about the course.
