The Health and Safety Group Reviews

This mandatory training is hands-down the best I've ever had - and trust me, I've attended a few in the last couple of years....different venues and trainers! This time, not only did I learn an lot about an awful lot, about a lot I learned an awful lot about (if you know, you know) X-D More than one of us will be singing the 'I don't know etc' happy tune for the next week! :-D The Trainer was off-the-scale in regards to the best way of delivering the information (and consequently us TRULY absorbing the skills) needed. He executed it brilliantly. Loved his demeanour, humour and pzazz. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw upon. No question from any of us about anything was anywhere near to be left unanswered. Hold on tight to this one H&SG and please give this person a pay rise. Folks such as him are rare to come across. I, for one see induction importance in a new, brighter light (as just one example) thanks to today. Thank you Kevin for the interactivity and real time/scenario teaching. Anyone can read out loud from a book or encourage peeps to watch a PowerPoint presentation. Not everyone can easily engage and involve a whole large crowd and get 'em listening and participating - you nailed that one :-)

Natalie is a lovely person but didn't really control all the talking that went way off the course. Felt it was all a little bit of a waste of time.

Course content good but a lot of what is on the PowerPoint is not included and practical aspects are hard with 1 instructor

Gaynor was lovely, very engaging and kind. But feel every topic was rushed and not had time to do more interactions. I did help out with my experience however. Especially on cpr. Enjoyed that.

The training course started on time, we were given clear instructions and expectations for the day. Kevin was outstanding with his delivery of varied subjects. knowledgeable and interactive with everyone in the room. High energy kept all engaged it was a balance between professionalism and rapport building. Gave real life connections of cases with health professionals who had failings in their roles with the appropriate legal actions journey. Kevin gave real case studies facts and figures actions etc , which I did enjoy learning about, this made it real. I enjoyed the conflict session, how best to challenge situations, especially you are accountable in your profession, the words you use, tone and your body language. Highly recommend Kevin as a trainer , he truly is an assest to the team.
