Belal was very professional and diligent in answering our questions and calming our nerves! The session was interactive and very interesting and we were not subjected to death by power point which is always appreciated.

The trainer was good and she made going to court look and sound interesting and not intimidating even for us who have not yet been to court. She was engaging and from today's sessions I now know what to write on my SWET and how to conduct myself in court.

This training is crucial for anyone who is required to attend court as part of their role and should be offered out to not only social workers but all workers that are involved with working with families within Children Services. The trainer was excellent and so knowledgeable in her field and she was able to help the group understand with ease the process of court. I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I had previously been trained 'in house' for an add-on role in team as an open source investigator and, on reflection, that training was insufficient for the duties I was expected to undertake. I would (and will be) recommending that my employer consider this training for colleagues taking on the OSI function as an add-on to their role.
