it was very enlightening seeing the behind the scenes of our own and regular conversations with customers conversations. James expressed in depth knowledge of how the mind and personality plays into negotiation. The art of negotiation was so fun to learn. It was very eye opening absorbing such knowledge today

The training was excellent, the only suggestion I would have is to have an extra day once we complete the draft assessment. Most of the participants do not have a legal background therefore support once the assessment is drafted would probablly help the pass percentage.

Very engaging and thought provoking course. Many thanks to the supremely knowledgable Karen who was able to cover any and all issues relating to not just an officers attendance in court, but really what prosecutors (and defence) are looking for in general practice with relation to criminal investigations. Thank you also to Geraint who led the first part of our practical day and gave some valuable insight.
