Engaging interesting.

Jim did a fantastic job of explaining concepts and checking out understanding. Loved the anecdotes and humour included in the course, helped create a relaxed, friendly environment. Enjoyed the content of the course, especially around questioning techniques.

A significant amount of information delivered comprehensively and flexibly to maintain the interest of the group. Good use of application to practice via a case study -expert teachers - with a good balance of Law and Practice experience. Pre reading and videos was valuable to orientate students.

Good content - well structured course building a complex issue over the course duration. Sue was very engaging and knowledgeable I am looking forward to shadowing actual assessments.
