At first I was sceptical of the song, however it is cemented into my brain which has been so helpful. Both trainers had excellent knowledge base and most importantly they were able to break down complex information in to smaller chunks which made the learning easier to take in.

You have helped my knowledge and understanding with regards to Best Interests, DOLS, Human Rights 1998, MCA 2005, MHA 1983, and with becoming a Best Interest Assessor. I feel so much more confident completing the assignment and with becoming a Best Interest Assessor. I look forward to applying the theory to practice which will help my knowledge and understanding even more. Thank you i have really enjoyed the training with you and Steve.

An awful lot to take in online, which prevented me from learning as much as i may have as i felt very overwhelmed and overloaded with information quite early on, would be better being completed over 2 days; However, this is undoubtedly down to the trainers knowledge and passion.

Our trainer was fantastic! Although over teams, he attempted to, and succeeded in, engaging the cohort. There was a good use of case discussions, breakout rooms and general discussion. The trainer was able to answer any questions, within the group and in the chat. This was not death by powerpoint and I thoroughly enjoyed and will take away learning into practice.

The Trainer was very knowledgeable and provided good explanations. Legislation can be very complex, I may not remember all of the information provided but I will remember certain things and it will prompt me in future practice if I remember something which is related to my practice

The course is a great way to gain more knowledge on law and procedures plus learning the different legislations. Overall great course.

Emma was fantastic. As a former police officer, all of my training has been from a "police" perspective. Really good refresher for me in my new council role, but to have the perspective of a lawyer; has actually aided in ironing out some of the frustrations felt about decisions made in the past and allowed me to understand from a lawyers perspective - thank you (I wish I had that insight 20+ years ago!! Haha)
