Very knowledgeable trainer, i wonder if it would be helpful to have had some complex cases from our Trust to have a high level discussion about and allowing us to use the different frameworks in practice to think about it more, and more relevant to us, equally more national case examples would be very interesting. Recognising there is a time constraint.

Enjoyed training, but length is too long.

It was as an interesting course and helpful in business planning and preparation.

The course did not relate to prosecutions under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, although the principles were relatable and transferable, but i fully understood the level being pitched at the majority of the delegates background.

All in all it was a very well presented course and sufficiently detailed enough to give newer officers a good indication of what to think about when preparing case files. Two days was a lot for the end of the week but that just could have been because the start of me week was very intensive but certainly something to consider. The regular break were greatly appreciated.

More detailed guidance on questioning methods would be useful
