Great all round training package and delivered professionally

Very good course instructor very knowledgeable

Could really have done with this having been the all day event that it was originally billed as and it did seem a little bit rushed but perhaps that was just me wanting more in depth content to equip me better?

The course was interesting and insightful however as we do not get involved in the process of accessing funding. It has been good to gain more insight but in day to day practice we work more with the patient the we do organising the funding,

Trainer knew their stuff however it was too much information for us, for what we do in our role. Needed a condensed version. Not eco friendly printing out the numerous pages of content, think a PowerPoint and making notes would be better

Very Informative and left me with greater understanding of how to give good evidence in court as a professional witness. Emailing the course material directly would improve the course by ensuring we have the material prior to the course.

Think everyone in social care needs to complete this refresher for me again. As very detailed and thought provoking.

Great training and well delivered. It did not feel too overwhelming and the structure was useful and flowed well.
