Great course - enjoyed the activities and found it very useful. Made me reflect on the way I work currently and can evolve/improve going forward.

This was a good refresher for me. I learned different things in this training from the first time I attended, several years ago.

The activity at the end with protestors, was excellent.

Really good training, excellent presenter and really challenging exercises to embed the need for log keeping.

My only overall comment was the shear volume of content that was gone through today. I wouldn't have expected the course to be entirely bespoke to Ofcom, but I wonder whether there might have been some aspects that could have been covered in less detail, and other areas prioritised for a less rushed discussion due to a higher level of relevancy with our work.
