Very interesting and informative.

Great trainer, very enthusiastic and well delivered course material.

Overall good, lots of reminders and tips regarding best practice for both statement prep and court behaviour and procedures. Could be more tailored towards HMRC type work.

Due to problems with IT there were several interuptions but these were over come.

this was excellent as an exec lead I would have valued a couple more exec colleagues on the calls for the discussions
