The course was helpful and provided good information and opportunities to explore issues

It was a very well organised and a comprehensive session which allowed us to gain a full insight into aspects of writing reports and complaints letters. Nick was very informative and engaging with appopriate humour and he offered us plenty of time to discuss and link the training to our respective roles.

Judi is a brilliant trainer. She is clearly very knowledgeable and was able to clearly communicate and impart her knowledge. The exercises were very helpful practically and I genuinely learned from both of them.

Trainer was really good, really knowledgeable. Loved the mock meeting at the end. It is very hard to promote interactive learning on line but this was done well.
