Very useful course to get the familiarity of being cross examined.

It was good training clear training that I can take a lot away from. I would gave liked to have more focus around my actual role and potential investigations I would carry out to help me understand how to implement the new tactics we have talked about

Overall I enjoyed the course however, I have not has any experience at all in investigating so it was hard to relate it to my role. I will use some of the techniques in other areas of my role though.

Informative and good use of chat rooms . Small numbers made it more relaxed.

James was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He made the course engaging and tailored it to our roles and organisations. I like how there were lots of breakout rooms and opportunities for us to voice our opinions and exchange ideas. I learnt a lot about the art of negotiation, the theory behind it, and the social psychology of humans.

Neil made the training very intresting and informative too, the interaction was good and you were made to feel comfortable, Not sure if we will get the slides that he put up, which would be helfull to reflect back on. But a great course

Sue was excellent and informative throughout the session I didn't feel that at any point she was just reading information to us, she included us and the session was very interactive

Excellent lecture, by far the best we've had so far.
