Max has been really good at delivering the legal information today, in a non-jargon and formal way. His knowledge is evident, and he held everyone's interest and therefore learning of the course ri9ght till the end of the day, which is rare when training is delivered via Teams. Thank you for helping me understand the processes again, and take away the anxiety of completing legal templates and attending court, when it has been 16 years since I last did this.
