I have found the whole day really useful and feel I have learnt quite a lot about the role, it also helped me understand better the role. The explanations around practice and links to case law was really useful

Interesting training learnt alot which I will put into practice.

This has been enlightening and helps me to reflect when completing records to enable me to remember and give a good account when asked about the it 6 months or more after.

This was the best online course I have done, the day passed very quickly and i was engaged throughout the whole day
