I did one of these previously and passed so it was not a completely new experience but I still feel I gained a lot just in this practice situation. Since we rarely appear in Court these days this is invaluable experience being exposed to what can happen.

Really enjoyed the sessions.

The course was really helpful and reflective, I think Paul delivered really well and I enjoyed the course.

very enjoyable day for what is quite a dry subject - it's a credit to our trainer Ren that it didn't feel it though! the focus on 'where to find things' as opposed to just inflicting a torrent of information was definitely a better way to do things. all in all a very worthwhile course.
