trainer was very good patient and explained the course in a way i could understand as it is all very new to me

A very good refresher for experienced officers and pitched at right level for new officers and those not familiar.

I am really more enlightened and confident on how best to do my documentation.

Fantastic training session. Very interesting case studies used. Most importantly it gave me an insight to how a judge or court will us my records as evidence.
