Good overview

Day 2 was better than day 1- I thought there were too many stories from the trainers and not enough content. I didn't think the first day was very clear on what we were learning. The role plays were good but the day 1 one was a little extreme.

Really enjoyed the course. Very helpful

It was a shame we didn’t have the course material which would have provoked more of a group discussion.
