The host (Simon Jelf) was excellent. Very good at explaining what questions are likely to lead to what, and how to handle them. I even enjoyed the role plays in the afternoon, which I had been dreading. Very informal and comfortable environment.

Even though the nature of this course lends itself to less interactive work, Tim still made it as interactive as he could and also gave useful examples which tied in with the course material.

Everything about the session was great. Law and procedure can include information which may be difficult to understand, however, this was not the case today. Bilaal explained and discussed each of the topics in a positive and interactive manner. The real life examples he provided were very helpful. I have learnt a lot from today and it will help me in my role as an Expert Witness.

Jim Sullivan is an exceptional tutor with both a great academic understanding of the topics covered and extensive occupational experience. This made for a style of teaching that was engaging and illustrative.

Great trainer, knows a lot about the world of negotiation. Would highly recommend because you realise how much negotiation you do on a day to day basis.
