Liked the break out sessions which brought it to life and kept us all engaged. Day 2 more case focused was excellent.

From the outset, Mr John Khastar created a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. He made it clear that the course would be interactive, encouraging open communication. Throughout the session, he invited us to raise any concerns and request clarification, ensuring the material was adapted to the specific needs of our working environment.

The Module 1 trainer we had was more engaging. I think going over more examples may have been helpful. We were shown one example where there were a lot of flaws so seeing a good example would have been more helpful. I also think we weren't necessarily using the manual directly as much as before which was sometimes hard to follow

thoroughly enjoyed the course, Philip was brilliant and brought a wealth of knowledge to the course. I am an ex Constable myself and the fact that Phil is ex Police was great.
