I was hoping for more safeguarding relevant models and tools.

Very interesting and gave me lot of food for thought.

Our role is very bespoke and the commercial negotiating from the course was very broad. However, the underlying skill's taught were very good and can be used in what we do every day - very refreshing and interesting from some of the negotiating courses I have attended. Really made to think about what to do and beyond what is immediately in front of you

I would prefer a physical workbook as I like to make written notes however, understand the green reasons behind not doing so.
