Excellent course overall Fay Silverstone is highly motivated and interesting trainer The pace of the 2 day course was challenging for me to keep up with I had read the manual , but this alone had not prepared me sufficiently to assimilate all the training with the 2 day course. I wish I had spent more time with the manual before the trauning day - perhaps the advice to read the manual could have been stronger. BS might consider setting some pre-couse tasks before the training day. I would have found this helpful. I will , going forward, be able to obtain information about CPR , PD and Guidance as required

Very good course, however I struggled with the legal terminology and too many tabs open at the same time.

Venue could have been better. The room wasn't easily converted into a mock examination environment

Sue was a very knowledgeable and approachable trainer, we were able to ask questions throughout and link theory to practice.
