I found the session easy to follow and not full of legal jargon. The course flowed and helped me understand and gain knowledge in how to address some of the complexities that the discharge team face on a near daily basis

Really interactive and great level of knowledge and experience from Geraint our trainer who made the session very engaging and thought provoking. He was very encouraging to get people involved, especially the role play element and I'm really pleased to have practiced as it was a great experience
