The host (Simon Jelf) was excellent. Very good at explaining what questions are likely to lead to what, and how to handle them. I even enjoyed the role plays in the afternoon, which I had been dreading. Very informal and comfortable environment.

Thought the trainers both online and in person were really informative and provided interesting insight. I liked how the final session was tailored to material you submitted and how the trainers worked with that material

The four days of online training were fantastic, some of the best I've ever been part of. Steph's knowledge and skill was evident immediately. Her analogies and real life examples helped bring context and practical understanding to the content. She is extremely engaging, interesting to listen to and smiled. I really enjoyed the course. The F2F day today has been equally as illuminating. I feel far more confident and prepared for the potential questioning style and pitfalls of being a witness of fact. It was critical to carry out this practice in person.

Everything about the session was great. Law and procedure can include information which may be difficult to understand, however, this was not the case today. Bilaal explained and discussed each of the topics in a positive and interactive manner. The real life examples he provided were very helpful. I have learnt a lot from today and it will help me in my role as an Expert Witness.

Jim was a fantastic trainer. His ability to relate course content to his experience was very good. A very engaging trainer who was easy to work with and has helped me to learn a lot.

I would have liked more time to be spent on a mock court date whereby I can be stood and go through a couple hrs of examination and cross examination

Despite some technical challenges at the beginning of the day, the course was professionally delivered and very interesting and informative.
