Enjoyed the course and having an opportunity to do this for the first time. Would have liked some more real examples of law cases - perhaps what people have been previously scrutinised for so i don’t write it myself but appreciate this could be very subjective

I liked the quirky examples, and the trainers story's that brought the topic into a new light.

Well worth taking the training to understand better the implications of documenting well or not and the consequences of my notes not being believable due to their inadequacy.

I found this course exceptionally helpful and insightful. A lot of what I have learnt today will be able to be transferred into my clinical practice and record keeping.
